It is expressly understood that all participants in this tournament, Reel It In America enter at their own risk, and that the Reel It In America, Pensacola Sports, officers, sponsors, directors, and all persons connected directly or indirectly with the operation of said tournament, shall be exempt from any liability for libel, slander, loss, damage, negligence, harm, injury or death suffered by any participant, entrant, sportfisherman, his/her companions, boat captains, mates, crew members, vessels and equipment which may occur during or in conjunction with the tournament. By tournament entry, participants consent that Reel It In America may use without payment or restriction, any photographs in which he/she or any of their crew may appear for any purpose whatsoever; including, but not limited to resale, advertising, commercial or promotional material. Participants further release Reel It In America, Pensacola Sports, officers and directors, and all persons from injury, loss or damage which may result. All state record winners must submit to and pass in a conclusive manner, a polygraph examination administered by a licensed polygraphist provided by tournament officials. All entrants agree to submit to a polygraph examination at the request of the tournament committee if there is a conflict involving said entrant. Failure to submit to such an examination will result in disqualification of the entrant at the sole discretion of the tournament committee.

MEDIA RELEASE

I hereby authorize the Pensacola Sports, its agents and assigns and all other media outlets to use and reproduce my name, photograph(s), motion picture, and/or videotape recordings of me or audio recordings of my voice for any and all purposes including promotion and advertising. Herein called “The Tournament.”

I acknowledge that Pensacola Sports will be the sole owner of all rights in and to The Tournament and the recording thereof, for all purposes. Pensacola Sports shall have the right, among other things, to telecast The Tournament, or the recording thereof, one or more times on a sustaining or commercial basis, over any cable or network television system as well as any affiliate system or stations.

I agree to hold you and any third parties harmless against any liability, loss or damage (including reasonable attorney’s fees) caused by or arising from the telecast of my appearance on The Tournament, or any utterance made by me or material furnished by me in connection with my participation therein.

INJURY RELEASE

I attest and verify that I am physically able to participate in this event and am responsible for any injuries that may occur during The Tournament. PENSACOLA SPORTS and its’ Tournament affiliates, sponsors, directors, etc. will not be held responsible for any medical costs accumulated as a result of injury during this event.
